Responsibilities
  • Monitor, review and verify accounting records and transactions for accuracy, timeliness and adequacy of supporting documentation
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, agency rules and regulations, and generally accepted accounting principles
  • Perform A/P, A/R functions 
  • Review and enter vendor invoices 
  • Prepare employee expense reports
  • Track expenses to be included in client invoices
  • Maintain accounts payable files
  • Prepare account analyses
  • Perform bank reconciliations
  • Prepare journal entries for monthly closings
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Oversight and management of business insurance   
Minimum Job Qualifications & Education
  • Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree preferred
  • 5+ years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Skills and Capabilities
  • Proficient with QuickBooks Premiere Desktop
