Join Our Team as a Mortgage Loan Officer Production Partner

Are you an experienced mortgage loan officer that is great at guidelines and structure but less interested in the “sales focused side” of the business? Are you driven and passionate about helping people find the right loan for them to achieve their goals? Do you have a knack for details, a strong work ethic, and a desire to remain in origination but a bit more behind the scenes? We’re looking for a dedicated, licensed, Mortgage Loan Officer Production Partner to join our dynamic team

What You’ll Do:

    •    Support Loan Officers: Assist in the loan origination process by gathering, reviewing and organizing documentation, managing client communication, and ensuring a smooth, expeditious and accurate loan preapproval process.
    •    Customer Interaction: Serve as a key point of contact for clients & referral partners, answering questions, providing updates, and guiding them through the mortgage preapproval process.
    •    Documentation Management: Handle, organize & track loan preapprovals, ensuring all required paperwork is completed accurately and on time pre-process.
    •    Pipeline Management: Assist with tracking loan preapproval progress, some coordination with underwriters, processors, and other team members to meet deadlines.
    •    Compliance: Ensure all activities and documents comply with industry regulations and company policies.

What We’re Looking For:

    •    Experience: Prior experience in the mortgage industry as a licensed mortgage originator required. 
    •    Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    •    Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    •    Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with mortgage software, CRM systems, and standard office applications.
    •    Client-Focused: A commitment to providing outstanding service and building lasting relationships with clients and partners.
