WHAT OUR COMPANY IS LOOKING FOR

With our company continuously growing & the demand for our materials rapidly increasing, our team is looking for an individual to fill the needed role of “Showroom Assistant.”

This role will handle our needed Administration & Reception tasks, while also acting as an assistant for our Sales Team & as our Gatekeeper who will meet/greet clients coming in for appointments or as “walk-ins.”

To be an ideal fit for this role, this individual must be no stranger to multi-tasking, who embodies the term “Detail Oriented,” who is self-motivated & can persevere through any/all tasks with little directive, who is intuitive, & who can communicate clearly on both the personal & digital level.

 

NEEDED SKILLS & TRAITS

- Tech-Savvy / Fluent / Experienced with APPLE Products. (OS, Devices, etc.)

- Fluent / Experienced with MICROSOFT OFFICE Applications. (Word, Excel, etc.)

- Experienced with GOOGLE SUITE Applications. (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Docs, Etc.)

- Detail Oriented.

- Self Sufficient / Intuitive.

- Punctual.

- Sales / Customer Service Experience preferred.

 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Act as our “Front of House” / Receptionist.

- Handle/direct incoming calls, & process/relay information from clients.

- Assist with Office/Administration tasks around our showroom (Signage, Labels, Etc.)

- Greet Walk-In clients, Designers, Reps., etc.

- Provide outstanding service & experience to each/every customer that visits our showroom while maintaining an easy-going yet professional demeanor.

 

EXPERIENCE

Our Team requires an individual that fits one/multiple criteria listed below to be considered a prime/ideal candidate to join our company:

1.) Has worked in the Stone Industry for a Supplier, Distributor, Fabricator, Vendor, etc., prior to applying.

2.) Has held a Management/Supervisor position that demanded traits such as accountability, productive, self-driven/sufficient, & has a strong “*_Team Player_*” mindset.

3.) Has held a position that required the use of computer systems such as:

- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

- Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Pages, Slides, etc.)

- C.R.M Program(s) (Copper, Mondays, Insightly, etc.)

4.) Has worked in a Customer Service Industry & possesses competent communication skills & capabilities.

 

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

1.) High school diploma or GED certification (Req.)

2.) Degree/Some College work in one/multiple of the following disciplines:

- Computer Sciences

- Management

- Administration

- Marketing

- Sales
