  • Stay current with advances in physical therapy research, techniques, and best practices, participating in continuing education activities and professional development opportunities.

  • Maintain a professional and compassionate demeanor in all client interactions, demonstrating empathy, respect, and cultural sensitivity.

  • Uphold high standards of clinical excellence, ethical conduct, and professionalism in accordance with state practice acts and professional guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience as a physical therapist, preferably in an outpatient sports/orthopedic setting.

  • Strong clinical reasoning and critical thinking skills, with the ability to perform comprehensive evaluations and develop evidence-based treatment plans.

  • Proficiency in manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise prescription, and modalities commonly used in physical therapy practice.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients, engage in active listening, and convey complex information in a clear and understandable manner.

  • Commitment to providing patient-centered care and fostering a positive therapeutic environment.

  • CPR/AED certification preferred.

  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate clients' schedules.

  • Experience with cash-based or direct-pay models of healthcare delivery is a plus.

Benefits:

  • Opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive team environment with autonomy to practice at the highest level of your licensure.
