Industrial Sales Representative

We are searching for an energetic field sales representative in a niche Industrial equipment market to develop sales strategies and attract new clients. You will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with commercial and government clients, generating leads, and qualifying prospects. Having established relationships with clients is a huge plus. Ability to travel is a must.

A few key Responsibilities
· Evaluate customers’ needs and build productive long-lasting relationships
· Meet personal and team sales targets
· Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads
· Attend meetings, sales events and industry trade shows to keep abreast of the latest developments
· Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness
· Ability to provide on-site equipment training and field demonstrations
· Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data
· Expand and maintain client database within your assigned territory
Requirements
· Industrial sales experience preferred
· Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM preferred
· Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
· Computer use competency
· Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
· Self-motivated and driven
· BA/BS degree preferred
