Job DescriptionJob Description

Seeking an Assistant to the Controller, in the daily operations of the accounting department in Pico Rivera, CA This position requires an individual experienced in accounts payables, account receivables, journal entries, bank reconciliations, payroll reconciliations, sale tax preparation, back-up payroll processing, bank deposits, assist with governmental reporting and vendor audits.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor or Associates Degree in Accounting or Business.

  • 5 Years accounting experience.
  • High level of accuracy and be detail oriented.
  • Able to complete tasks on time and with minimal supervision.
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Knowledge of GAAP
  • Business Works experience a plus.
  • ADP Resource experience a plus (payroll).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00 - $34.00/hr. D.O.E.

Expected hours: 40 per week, 100% onsite
