Job DescriptionJob Description

Production Clerk compiles and records production data to prepare records and reports on volume of production, consumption of raw material, quality control, and other aspects of production.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Create Mo’s for various product SKU’s.
  • Prepare documentation for various product lines.
  • Consumption of drums, bottles, astaxanthin oil/HPE based on Batch Records for Krill Oil.
  • Check orders coming in and allocate oil.
  • Allocation of oil per item number and spec (look at FIFO and data).
  • Create repacks as necessary for orders (new MO and create documentation) and organize with the production manager when to create the repacks.
  • Grade batches per data in the ERP system.
  • Ordering raw materials for production and inventory.

Required Skill/Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Proactive and flexible.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times. 
  • Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities.

 Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma required.
  • A minimum of three years of production experience preferred.
