Fully Onsite Position
$65k - $70k/annually
Position Overview:
The Lead Contract Administrator works closely with Contract Admins, Preconstruction, Project Teams, and Accounting to create, update, transmit, and maintain project information and documents as they are made available. The Procore Administrator acts as the Procore “resident expert” and is responsible for being knowledgeable of system updates and procedure changes and communicating those to all affected parties.
Responsibilities include:
- Review, prioritize, and shift duties as necessary to complete requests by urgency level. Coordinate with Preconstruction and Project Team to setup new projects and complete all general project information
- Set up phase codes and cost types
- Ability to create excel template to import the budget into Procore or manually enter the budget into Procore
- Create a bulk Vista import owner change order (for jobs that have GMP added to a Precon contract)
- Convert schedule of values spreadsheet into a Vista import template to create the Owner Pay App
- Rename cost codes in Vista by Viewpoint that aren’t included in master list (i.e. specific CM Allowances, or other one-off cost codes)
- Monitor ERP syncing issues
- Fill out DEMLR form with project specific information and import as fillable form into Procore for Superintendent use
- Field any Procore change order/ERP related questions from internal and external team members
- As the Procore Administrator and “resident expert”, participate in on-going Procore training, webinars, and user groups. Communicate system updates and corresponding procedure changes to affected parties.
- Conduct weekly project audits to ensure accuracy and timely processing
- Conduct audits on data entered in Procore and communicate needed fixes to responsible parties.
- Update procedures / best practices within Procore Training Center.
Candidate Skills, Qualifications, & Requirements:
- Prior experience with Procore is required. Prior experience with Vista by Viewpoint (accounting software) is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Resourceful with the ability to problem solve
- Ability to work within tight deadlines
- Knowledge of commercial construction industry
