The legal case manager will deliver great customer service on behalf of the Law Office of Lanease Fuller and MUST have the ability to work in a team environment, communicate with clients, insurance companies, adjusters, medical providers and law officials on a regular basis. Have the ability to multitask and work toward resolving all clients matters, perform work over files and communicate and review with Attorney on a daily basis.
Communicate daily with the assigned attorney in a team environment to address any case concerns
Obtain police reports
setup liability, UM,UIM,PIP claims daily
file management encompassing keeping file organized and orderly
resolve client's property damage issues and providing client with prospective options
manage rental car request if necessary
meticulous attention to detail, must be able to work under pressure
ensure clientele are receiving medical treatment if necessary and proper policies are followed
maintain each file individually so that all information is filed in our client based system efficiently and effectively
Must document thoroughly
excellent written and verbal
previous law office experience required
ability to use logic and reasoning to understand, analyze and evaluate each case individually
