The Enclave, a large apartment complex in Reno, NV, is seeking dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for general groundskeeping, unit turnovers, and general maintenance, including handling emergency work orders from residents. This role is crucial in ensuring the upkeep and safety of our property and providing a comfortable living environment for our residents.

Responsibilities:


  • General Groundskeeping: Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the property, including landscaping, trash removal, and snow removal.
  • Unit Turnovers: Prepare vacant units for new residents, including cleaning, painting, minor repairs, and ensuring all appliances are in working order.
  • General Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry repairs.
  • Emergency Work Orders: Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests from residents, ensuring their issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.
  • Renovations and Handyman Tasks: Assist with property renovations and improvements, including carpentry, painting, and other handyman tasks.
  • Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with the property management team and residents.
Qualifications:


  • Experience: Previous experience in property maintenance, renovations, handyman services, or related fields.
  • Skills: Proficiency in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, HVAC systems, and general handyman skills.
  • Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including being on-call for emergency maintenance requests.
  • Physical Requirements: Capability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Driver's License: Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
