Job DescriptionJob DescriptionImmediate opening. Monday thru Friday, 45 hours per week, time and one-half after 40 hours. Paid vacation after 6 months plus 7 paid holidays annually. Must be experienced with Quick Books and have strong computer skills. On site training of the Office Inventory Program.
Job functions: answer phones; schedule Service Appointments and create Service Instructions; create Service Invoices; deposit payments and post them to QBks; pay bills; type individual Shop Inspection Reports.
Hourly rate commensurate with experience.
