Under the general direction of the Service Delivery & Project Team Director, the primary responsibilities include communication and scheduling our technical engineers to perform onsite and project work. A high level of organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills are a must. Your duties will also include scheduling a small team of Onsite and Project Engineers. Applicant must be a team player with a “can-do” attitude that can lead a small team. Applicant must be able to be proficient in communicating technical timelines and business impacts between clients and engineers and keep the project and ticket software updated. Training will be provided.

Service Delivery Coordinator

The Service Delivery Coordinator is responsible for technical resource allocation to solve IT problems for clients as well as communicate the progress with all parties involved. This role will require the applicant to be able and willing to learn new systems and follow written policies. Training for this is part of onboarding. This role reports directly to the CTO.

Responsibilities

  • Manage resources for projects and trouble tickets
  • Build relationships with clients and participate in necessary client meetings
  • Collaborate with the appropriate internal departments to develop and maintain a technology plan that supports clients’ needs.
  • Interface with appropriate technical personnel
  • Constant communication with the client throughout processes
  • Provide accurate reports and metrics to company management on the status and budget of on-going projects and agreements.
  • Assess and communicate risks associated with technology-related investments and purchases
  • Responsible for assigning tickets to and project tasks to resources with constant follow up and communication with client
  • Manage Project Module in Autotask

  • Interpersonal skills: such as telephony skills, communication skills, active listening and client-care.
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly.
  • Typing skills to ensure quick and accurate entry of service request details.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast moving environment.
  • Experience with Autotask, ConnectWise Automate (LabTech) or similar RMM tool.

Job Type: Full-time
