The role of lead generation involves identifying potential customers and collecting information about them. You must be skilled in building relationships and leveraging resources to generate leads and drive revenue. This position requires a combination of various responsibilities, such as creating and implementing strategies, conducting market research, as well as maintaining and updating lead databases. The goal is to conduct client or market surveys to obtain information about potential leads. Communicating effectively with different types of prospects using various methods and channels is the key factor. Lead generators should be able to adapt to the clients tone, style, and language to suit the situation and audience. This includes listening, asking questions, building rapport, delivering value propositions, overcoming objections, and following up with potential clients. At ADT, we sell pulse home technologies, video surveillance, and home security system.
