Job Title: Lead Fashion Studio Assistant

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Compensation: $52,000 annually

Contract Type: Full-time Contractor

Christin Marie Studio Overview: Christin Marie Studio is looking for a highly motivated and organized Lead Fashion Studio Assistant to oversee various administrative and operational duties. This is a perfect opportunity for a passionate and dedicated professional looking for an innovative and dynamic workspace located in the heart of Los Angeles. We are currently seeking an individual ready to thrive in a rapidly expanding environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support:
    • Efficiently manage and coordinate the CEO’s daily schedule, including meetings, appointments, conference calls, and travel itineraries.
    • Take detailed notes during meetings and ensure follow-up actions are completed promptly.
    • Handle day-to-day communications such as emails, phone calls, and digital mailbox management.
  • Studio Operations:
    • Maintain and organize inventory in collaboration with the Operations Support Team.
    • Assist the Customer Support Lead and Operations Support Lead with processing returns.
    • Manage supply and material pickups throughout Downtown Los Angeles.
    • Provide general studio support, including updating spreadsheets and processing print orders.
  • Marketing and Brand Support:
    • Conduct research on products and market trends via social media, internet, and trade journals.
    • Collaborate directly with the CEO on the development and execution of special projects, including product shoots, public relations, and event planning.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and capable of working independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • A background in communications is preferred but not required.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in an administrative, office, or studio role.
