Key Responsibilities:
Perform clinical and clerical duties to optimize customer flow within the clinic.

Assist providers with standard rooming processes, administer immunizations, injections, and medications as directed.

Conduct laboratory specimen collection and perform phlebotomy procedures.

Provide telephone support and facilitate communication between customers and healthcare providers.

Assist with prescription refills and manage clinic laboratory tests.

Support front desk operations including check-in, scheduling, and customer inquiries.

Maintain inventory by ordering and stocking medical and office supplies.

Assist with prior authorizations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED equivalent.
Minimum 1+ years of experience in case management, phlebotomy, hematology, and data entry.

Experience in ANY of the following: Call Center, Help Desk Support, Telephone Triage.

Experience in ANY of the following settings: Allscripts ePrescribe, LTC Pharmacy, Retail Pharmacy.

Valid Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) certification or equivalent.

Additional certifications such as Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Certified Medication Aide (CMA) preferred.

Schedule and Shift Details:
Full-time position, 80 hours per pay period.
Day shifts with occasional flexibility based on clinic needs.
