Summary:

Exceed Healthcare’s executive team is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our

team. The Project Manager will be responsible for leading and managing complex projects

aimed at improving healthcare delivery and operations. This role involves strategic

planning, execution and completion of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within

scope, and within budget. The Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional

teams, including clinical staff, IT, finance, and senior leadership to ensure project success.

Project Planning and Management:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.

Stakeholder and Client Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
  • Provide regular project updates and reports to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact at the direction of stakeholder, for designated clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project goals and expectations.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term collaboration.


Team Coordination:

  • Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring clarity of roles and responsibilities.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.


Quality and Compliance:

  • Ensure all project deliverables meet high-quality standards and client expectations.
  • Ensure all projects adhere to relevant healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Conduct thorough reviews and quality checks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project outcomes.
  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Conduct project evaluations and post implementation reviews to identify areas for improvement.


Budget and Resource Management:

  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring projects are delivered within financial constraints.
  • Identify and allocate resources effectively to maximize efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor and report on project financials, including cost forecasts and variance analysis reporting to key stakeholders.
  • Mentor and guide project team members, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.


Reporting and Documentation:

Prepare detailed project reports, including status updates, progress metrics, and risk assessments.

Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, and project artifacts.

Present project findings and outcomes to clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare systems, operations, and regulatory requirements.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in office software and communication tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Flexible and adaptable to a dynamic work environment
  • Proficient in project management tools and software (e.g., Clickup, G Suite).
