Company Overview:
Join our team We are a licensed mortgage lender/servicer in business since 1988. We are seeking a receptionist to play a pivotal role in our office operations.
Job Summary:
We are in search of a receptionist to join our team. You will be responsible for managing front office reception duties and basic clerical work with professionalism and care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests upon their arrival
- Direct visitors to the appropriate personnel
- Handle incoming phone calls, redirecting them as necessary
- Provide accurate information, both in-person and via email or phone
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Complete basic clerical tasks including filing, data entry, and preparing/organizing paperwork
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in basic math
- Proactive problem-solving ability with a resourceful mindset
- Strong organizational skills with acute attention to detail
- Ability to effectively multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual: English and Spanish
