Advanced Personnel Resources is searching for a receptionist to assist with one of our clients in the Brown Summit area.  The preferred candidate will speak both English and Spanish

Pay: $16
Schedule: Monday-Thursday 7:30 am-5:30 pm, Friday 7:30 am-11:30 am

The Receptionist has the primary responsibility of providing excellent service by determining the nature of inquiries and directing guests and callers to staff or to information they need in a professional and courteous manner. The Receptionist oversees general lobby appearance and maintains general office equipment. The Receptionist also provides administrative support as directed by the office manager.

  • Answer phones (12 incoming lines, approximately 50 extensions) and direct calls to appropriate staff and provide basic information as requested
  • Provide callers with accurate information about Environmental Air Systems
  • Maintain lobby/reception area’s appearance, including overall cleanliness, and keep materials such as magazines in a neat and orderly manner
  • Organize office supply cabinets as needed
  • Order office supplies for all locations, including jobsites
  • Maintain plant schedule of conference rooms and training rooms
  • Clean and organize front reception and executive kitchen area
  • Direct janitorial staff when front office needs additional clean-up
  • Sort, date stamp, and distribute mail as received; Post and send outgoing mail
  • Process online UPS Letter shipments
  • Maintain visitor log
  • Coordinate with postage machine service companies to maintain proper working order at
  • all times
  • Assist with sales materials and assembly of O & M manuals for Project Managers
  • Set up new job-folders


Education Requirements/Qualifications:

  • This position requires a minimum of a high school education
