Soft Touch Furniture is a manufacture of high-quality hospitality furniture. We are looking for a bright and dynamic candidate to support the marketing team. The person should have an entrepreneurial mindset and great learning skills with a positive attitude.

The ideal candidate has a broad overview of develop and implement advertising, marketing, brand strategies and is a multitasker willing to wear many hats. She/he would conduct market research, look for latest marketing trends, work with designers and developers to create landing pages, websites and online marketing campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram and other platforms for a diverse range of products and services.

This person will work very closely with the management team and will have great opportunity for learning and skill development.

This person analyzes data and performance of web pages, helps in A/B testing, helps in creating and monitoring online marketing campaigns on search engines, social media and new ad platforms such as Native Ads and Mobile Ads.

This person works as a bridge between different team members and vendors at different locations.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assist in creating, developing and implementing advertising, marketing and branding strategies and affiliate/performance marketing campaigns for products and or services.
• Sets Up campaigns on Google, Bing, Facebook, Twitter, Native Ad Networks
• Sets up and manage social media accounts and social media campaigns - organic as well as paid.
• Identifies products and service opportunities that the company should promote.
• Work on multivariate testing and helps in selection and development of sales/lead generation funnels, identifying campaign objectives and working with different resources for design and implementation of the campaigns.
• Performance Monitoring, Data Analysis and Performance Optimization for Campaigns
• Find out different or popular angles and themes for the campaigns.
• Identifying New Media Buying Opportunities for Campaigns
• Working with Vendors, Partners and Freelancers to bridge the skill gap and get the campaigns and landing pages ready in a timely fashion.
• A basic understanding of graphic/web design will be an added advantage.

Skills and Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree in business, marketing, communications or equivalent work experience.
• Active and well-rounded personal presence on social media, with a command of each network and their best practices.
• Proficiency In Online Marketing Methods - Google and Facebook Ads, Retargeting, Native and Mobile Ads.
• Excellent writing and content creation skills
• Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions.
• Excellent research skills and ability to identify new social media and content marketing trends.
• Familiarity with affiliate/performance marketing and e-commence industry a plus but not required.
