Graphic Design Intern

We are actively looking for a Graphic Design intern to join our team.
Summary: Design and create graphics and visual communication for internal and external collateral, documents and websites including but not limited to marketing brochures, presentations, advertisements, print media, online media, web pages, and other marketing collateral. Meet with the appropriate people to determine the purpose, message and vision of the work; design and review of mockups to finalize finished product.
Responsibilities:
- Create visual content for video, digital and print platforms, including social media, web, marketing materials, presentations, for internal and external delivery.
Collaborate with all departments to understand project requirements and objectives.
Follow brand guidelines in creating new designs and modifying existing collateral
Contribute to the product design process from concept to final product or redesigns, ensuring high-quality deliverables that align with brand guidelines.
Comfortable designing for and posting to social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube
Maintain archive of images, photos, or previous work products.
Requirements:
Currently enrolled in a degree program or recent graduate in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Word
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, Premier Pro and PhotoShop.
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
Ability to work under pressure on multiple projects and short deadlines.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively and be open to creative feedback.
A strong portfolio showcasing design projects and creative abilities.
Adaptability, creativity and alternative thinking to develop new ideas and being open to change
