CSR and Dispatcher

Bilingual a plus

$21 hourly - salary based on experience and skill set

Do you have a knack for providing top notch customer service? We're looking for an experienced Dispatcher. The selected candidate will have data entry skills, excellent problem solving skills along with a dynamic phone presence.

Ideal candidate will have solid phone skills and office administration including experience with accounts receivable. Must be able to multi-task in a family friendly, fast-paced environment.

Essential functions of the position include:

  • Dispatch and manage 15-20 service technicians
  • Experience with computer software (Excel, Word, Windows 10, Microsoft Office)
  • Accounts receivable and invoicing
