Job DescriptionJob Description

McLaughlin Research Corporation is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our team. The Contract Administrator will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of contract administration, including proposal pricing/writing, document review, and change management. The ideal candidate will have strong writing skills, experience with document management systems, and a solid understanding of contract and business management.

Responsibilities:

·       Manage the contract lifecycle from initiation to execution, including tracking key dates and milestones

·       Review and analyze contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements

·       Assist in the development of proposal pricing and bid responses

·       Ensures Purchasing receives required flow-downs from applicable contracts/subcontracts for service/product subcontracts/purchase orders.

·       Effectively interface regularly with internal and external customers.  Effective communication and articulation are a significant aspect of this position.

Experience:

·       Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

·       Proven experience in contract administration or a similar role

·       Proficiency in using contract management software and document management systems

·       Strong Excel proficiency

·       Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
