Bilingual Korean Executive Assistant - Onsite

Details:

  • Must be fluent in English and Korean
  • Onsite in Irvine, CA
  • Pay rate: $27/hour
  • Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm
  • Potential temp to hire
  • Expense report and travel arrangement experience required

Summary:

  • This position's roles are to provide support in the company's travel policy and procedure, compliance review, and support executive coordinators with various requests.
  • Travel Policy and Procedure: Reviewing travel requests, making travel arrangements, and reviewing reimbursements
  • Compliance review: Reviewing all Purchase request submissions to determine compliance
  • Support Executive Coordinator: Supporting includes setting up utilities accounts/bank account, obtaining DL, etc.

Responsibilities & Essential Functions:

  • Travel Policy and Procedure
  • Review Travel requests- Make travel arrangements for GUS employees and KHQ visitors
  • Review reimbursement requests to check compliances with the company policy
  • Compliance
  • Review Purchase request submission for accuracy- Spot check invoices being processed- Report weekly reports on non compliances for each location
  • Support coordinators with setting up
  • Housing (Lease/utility)- Bank account- SSN- Driver License- Others (Cellphone, HMA lease order, Bus. Card etc.)
  • Business gift purchase and manage inventories for executive team
  • Support NGA team with invoicing and special projects
  • Manage corporate golf club accounts and monthly reconcile.

Requirements:

  • HS Diploma / G.E.D.
  • 1-2 years expense report and travel arrangement experience required
  • Must be fluent in both English and Korean
