Responsibilities:

  • Process mail shipping labels and packages (will train)
  • Process/Sorting incoming mail to all physical & virtual mailboxes (will train)
  • Process passport photo & fingerprinting scan ( will train) Process copy/fax/scan per customer request
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to walk-in customers and telephone inquiries
  • Practice good listening skills with customers and team members
  • Take initiative to learn all products and services, alternative solutions, and industry trends
  • Maintains a clean, organized, and safe working environment.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or above
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the internet
  • Outstanding phone & customer service skills
  • Prompt, reliable, responsible, and drug-free
  • Previous postal work experience is preferred
  • Must pass periodically drug test
