We are seeking several legal professionals for growth opportunities These positions will be hybrid in the Bay Area or Los Angeles, but can also be remote if you are licensed to practice law in California but don't live in either of those areas. The Paralegal role is required to be onsite in the Bay area. 

Opening 1: 

We are currently seeking a Mid-level Associate Litigation and Employment Attorney to join our team, as well as a higher-level Attorney with experience litigating ADA or civil rights claims - must have trial experience for that role. 
Location: Remote work is an option, but hybrid attendance is encouraged for those based in Los Angeles or the Bay Area.

License: Must have an active California license.

Key Responsibilities:
3-7 years of exp handling a diverse caseload of employment and wage and hour class action cases OR 10+ years of experience litigating ADA or civil rights claims. 
Taking and defending depositions.
Writing strong briefs and legal arguments.
Managing a team of attorneys and support staff as needed.
Engaging in trial preparation and experience.
Assisting with acquisitions, including bringing in existing teams or departments.

Qualifications:
Mid-Level Associate with 3-7 years of relevant experience and a higher-level Attorney with 10+ years of experience. .
Strong writing skills with the ability to provide two writing samples (briefs).
Experience with wage and hour cases, class action lawsuits, and plaintiff-side employment law.
Ability to handle a caseload of 30-50 cases depending on the team.
Experience in securities is a plus.

Opening 2:

Qualifications:
Must be a licensed attorney in California.
Experience in class actions is strongly preferred.
Background in contract and business disputes is a plus.
Excellent writing skills are essential.
Interest in exploring a variety of practice areas.

Opening 4 - Paralegal, onsite in the Bay area:

Senior Paralegal - Class Action and Employment Litigation

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Paralegal to join our team in either our Los Angeles or Bay Area office. If you have a strong background in class and collective actions, employment law, and wage and hour claims, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert-level paralegal support for class and collective actions, focusing on employment and wage and hour claims.
Confidently manage and run Tables of Authorities with precision.
Conduct thorough legal research using Westlaw or Lexis Nexis.
Assist in trial preparation, leveraging your trial experience to support the legal team.
Proactively manage high-volume caseloads, ensuring timely and efficient progress.

Qualifications:

Must have at least 3 years of specialized experience in class action and employment litigation.
Proven expertise in managing Tables of Authorities and conducting legal research.
Trial experience is highly preferred.
Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
