Key Responsibilities:

Property Maintenance and Improvement:

  • Landscaping and grounds maintenance (mowing, trimming, planting, leaf removal, snow removal)
  • Property upkeep, including pressure washing, window cleaning, and gutter maintenance
  • Basic repairs and improvements (minor carpentry, plumbing, low voltage electrical work)

  • Handle shipping and receiving of packages
  • Assist with envelope stuffing and mailing tasks
  • Perform thorough cleaning of interior and exterior spaces
  • Organize storage areas and maintain orderly work environments
  • Deliver materials to job sites as needed (gas reimbursement provided)
  • Wash and manage towels and other linens

Vendor and Subcontractor Management:

  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with subcontractors and vendors
  • Manage customer service interactions with various service providers
  • Ensure smooth operations and quality work from external partners

Flexibility:

  • Adapt to a variety of tasks as they arise
  • Be prepared to take on diverse responsibilities based on daily needs

Required Skills and Experience:

  • General maintenance experience or strong willingness to learn
