As a Customer Experience Rep at Metalcraft, you will provide support to representatives, customers, and prospects pertaining to quotations, orders, and customer administrative functions and cross training/backup within the Customer Experience Team.
What would I be doing?

  • Work with customers and prospects on quotes.
  • Sending special samples to customers and prospects.
  • Handling customer complaints in a professional and positive manner.
  • Handling orders and proofs in collaboration with the internal team for success.
  • Enter leads for prospects as needed by the sales team.
  • Update CRM per procedure.
  • Work on projects and other tasks as needed from various department leaders as directed.

What skills will I need?

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organization, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated Interpersonal and Team skills.
  • You truly enjoy working with customers and prospects asking questions to understand their applications better than they do to deliver a superior customer experience.

What education and experience is needed?

  • High School or GED required.
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook required; CRM experience preferred
  • Seminars or outside educational training related to Customer Service a plus
  • 1-3 years in a position of Customer Service/Sales or working with the public
