You will oversee pre-project procedures (scheduling, inspection, prepare estimate for insurance carrier), scheduling project, budgeting, and implementation Sharp Construction, LLC

Responsibilities:

  • Perform inspections of residential properties for insurance carriers.
  • Prepare estimates for insurance carriers by using the guidelines that are required for each carrier.
  • Be familiar in using the Xactimate program in preparing the estimates.
  • Manage, prioritize and delegate tasks as appropriate for projects.
  • Manage deadlines, project scheduling and communication with homeowners.
  • Allocate resources for assigned projects.
  • Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors.
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications

Qualifications:

  • Has prior experience and knowledge of fire and water restoration as well as construction knowledge.
  • 3 to 5 years of previous experience in construction.
  • Familiarity with construction management software (Xactimate, Eagleview, Itel).
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
