Qualifications - EARLY MORNING SHIFT - 5:00AM TO 2:00PM
  • Strong phone skills scheduling appointments using online software 
  • Ability to learn about our products and services and inform potential customers on its functions
  • Ability to apply good judgment in a variety of emergent and sensitive situations
  • Ability to communicate and interact effectively with external customers and on-site technicians
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision using time wisely
  • Ability to take instructions and follow established guidelines
  • Ability to work under conditions that are ever changing with frequent interruptions 
  • Ability to maintain accurate legible and complete records
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: 
  • Prior Experience: At least 2 years of previous experience of scheduling appointments using online software 
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and on-site technical staff
  • Team Player: Strong collaborative skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Skilled with phone using online software, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesKey responsibilities of this position are to Schedule customer appointments in a friendly and helpful manner and answering general questions related to their appointment.  Schedule, cancel, reschedule and coordinate customer appointments upon request.  Verify and update appointments as needed
