Schedule: M-F 8 am - 4:30 pm

Position Summary :

The main function of this role is to provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions.

Position Responsibilities :
  • Assist Plant Manager and Personnel Director.
  • Check Mailbox.
  • Create and Distribute Monthly Meeting Calendar.
  • Send Outlook Calendar Meeting Invites.
  • Submit payment for bills as required.
  • Receive product in SAP.
  • Update and maintain the Organizational Chart.
  • Update and maintain the Internal Phone List.
  • Schedule Conference Room Meetings.
  • Order and update employee badges.
  • Submit food orders for plant visits and celebrations.
  • Provide support and backup coverage for Dealer Liaison/Quality Supervisor/MR Supervisor/IC Clerk.
  • Help with new hire onboarding activities.
  • Submit Salary Overtime Report.

Skill Requirements :
  • Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage one's time.
  • Ability to keep information organized and confidential.
  • Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Education/Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 5-7 years' experience required.

REFERRAL BONUS PROGRAM:
If you are able to refer a person we do hire, we can offer up to $250 for contractors after they are on the job for 90 days and up to $500 for direct hires after they are on the job between 90 days to 180 days , depending on customer payment terms.
