Job DescriptionJob Description

Skilled painter needed for commercial and high end residential work. Must be experienced and efficient in spraying, brush and roll, and prep work. Candidates must have their own transportation, some tools, and clean painter's whites are required to be worn at all times. Must be drug free and able to work with others.

  • $19 to $23 per hour starting pay depending on experience and skill level.
  • Increased compensation negotiable for lead painters. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and clean surfaces for painting.
  • Apply high-end finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
  • Mix and match paints for desired colors and consistency.
  • Execute specialized painting techniques like faux finishes and glazing.
  • Protect non-painted surfaces with drop cloths and masking tape.
  • Maintain clean work areas and tools.
  • Follow safety procedures.
  • Collaborate with clients and project managers.
  • Perform touch-ups and repairs as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screening.
  • Extensive experience in high-end residential and commercial painting.
  • Expertise in various painting techniques and tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality.
  • Physical stamina and ability to work at heights.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
