Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and delivery personnel in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and other inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Provide clients with information about services, pricing, and turnaround times.
Scheduling and Coordination:
- Schedule appointments and manage the laboratory’s calendar.
- Coordinate with dental offices to arrange the pickup and delivery of dental cases.
- Ensure timely and accurate communication between the laboratory team and clients.
Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain client records and update the laboratory’s database with current information.
- Process orders, invoices, and payments accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and distribute reports, memos, and other documents as needed.
Office Management:
- Monitor and order office supplies to ensure the front office is well-stocked and organized.
- Maintain a clean and orderly front office environment.
- Assist with other administrative duties as required by the Office Manager or Laboratory Manager.
Quality Control:
- Verify the accuracy of client information and orders before processing.
- Ensure all client interactions and transactions are documented properly.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with dental technicians, laboratory staff, and management to ensure smooth operations.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide support to other team members as needed.
