Job Description: As a Front Desk and Spa Attendant at Steamboat Hot Springs Healing Center & Spa, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and administrative support to ensure the overall satisfaction of our guests. This part-time position primarily entails working 6-hour shifts on Fridays and Saturdays, with the possibility of additional shifts and hours as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and respond to guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Provide information about spa services, facilities, and amenities to guests.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
  • Process payments accurately and efficiently using the spa's booking and payment systems.
  • Assist with retail sales of spa products, ensuring guests have access to the best products for their needs.
  • Collaborate with spa therapists and other team members to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Uphold professional standards of conduct and confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or administrative roles preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using computers and basic office software applications.
  • Flexibility to work Fridays and Saturdays, with the possibility of other shifts and hours as needed.
  • Passion for providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for guests.
