Requirements:

  • Must have over 7years of experience working as a Workday Consultant.
  • Experience with Payrolls and compensation is a must.
  • Strong understanding of HR business processes.
  • Experience with benefits and reporting is a must.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the successful deployment of Workday HCM, Financials, and other modules.
  • Continuously assess and optimize Workday configurations to improve system performance and user experience.
  • Stay current with Workday updates and new features, providing recommendations for system enhancements.
  • Design and implement integrations between Workday and other systems.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the Workday platform, resolving any data-related issues.
  • Provide end-user support, troubleshooting issues, and delivering training sessions to enhance user proficiency.
