We're currently hiring a Customer Service Representative / Warehouse (Bilingual Mandarin) Associate for the distribution center in Fontana

Duties:

  • Coordinate daily receiving, ensuring accuracy and proper storage of incoming goods.
  • Manage inventory and implement FIFO to minimize loss and ensure stock accuracy.
  • Monitor daily shipping, while planning future workload.
  • Foster positive relationships and effective communication with suppliers and logistics providers.
  • Train and mentor new warehouse staff, providing ongoing feedback.
  • Establish and uphold standard operating procedures for warehouse operations.
  • Provide daily inventory reports and regular updates on warehousing activities for efficiency and timeliness.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30AM - 5:30PM

Requirements:

  • Warehouse management experience preferred.
  • Experience with ECCANG WMS system preferred.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office/WPS desired.
  • Forklift or warehouse equipment operating license preferred.
  • Strong collaborative skills with leadership qualities, responsibility, and logical thinking.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and resource allocation flexibility.
  • Knowledge of warehouse safety and regulations.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English preferred.
