Job DescriptionJob Description

International Support Group (ISG) is looking for a qualified HVAC Technician to join our team This position will be responsible for preventative maintenance and repair of HVAC equipment, including, but not limited to, chillers, split systems, and packaged units at various government facilities. This position will require travel to these locations and will include out-of-town stays for several days in a row.

Responsibilities:

  • Installs new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
  • Inspects and performs equipment repairs and replacements
  • Performs routine preventative maintenance
  • Responds to emergency maintenance requests
  • Adheres to all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in HVAC or other related fields
  • Strong understanding of preventative maintenance with HVAC systems and general facility maintenance
  • Good communication, paperwork, and customer service skills
  • Niagra Certification is a plus
  • Must possess HVAC/EPA licenses.
  • Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Possesses strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Possesses a valid driver's license
