We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee the operations of our dispensary located in New Brunswick, NJ. Responsibilities:
- Interview, hire, train, and supervise dispensary staff
- Create and execute opening and operating plans
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales goals and increase profitability
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage inventory control and ordering supplies as needed
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns
- Handle cash handling procedures accurately and securely
- Implement effective marketing initiatives to attract new customers
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Collaborate with the dispensary team to create innovative & profitable menu items
Skills:
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar role
- POS, Dutchie, METRC and Rewards programs
- Direct Report to Ownership requiring budgeting, marketing and operating plans
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive dining experience
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and financial management
- Knowledge of POS and Inventory Management Systems
- Ability to effectively manage inventory control and ordering processes
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
