As the Superintendent, you will be responsible for ensuring projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards. Qualified candidates will have at least 7+ years of experience in commercial and/or industrial construction projects. This is an exciting direct-hire opportunity that offers stability, growth, and excellent benefits

Qualifications for the Superintendent:

  • 7+ years of experience working for a commercial general contractor.
  • High School Diploma or higher (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Demonstrated success in managing large-scale commercial projects ranging from $10 million to $40 million or more.
  • Ability to interpret construction documents, including project plans, specifications, and shop drawings.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel nationwide is a PLUS
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software.

Compensation for the Superintendent:

  • Direct Hire
  • Location: Irving, TX (Travel required nationwide, 5 days a week)
  • Salary: $100-140K BOE
  • Benefits: Comprehensive medical, vision, dental coverage, 401k, bonus and additional travel allowances.
