Job DescriptionJob Description

The Warehouse Logistics Coordinator is responsible for overall supply chain management which include planning, coordinating, and monitoring logistics operations such as warehousing, inventory, storage and distribution, transportation, and supply chain processes. The Warehouse Logistics Coordinator manages the entire order cycle to as to enhance business development and ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Proven working experience as a Logistics Coordinator

• Record of successful distribution and logistics management

• Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff

• It, technical and numerical skills

• Proficient in standard logistics software

• Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects

• Management of a global/national/regional services

• Ability to understand and thrive in high volume work environment during extremely busy peak seasons.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Must be proactive, data driven and show a proven ability to plan.

• Experience managing as a vendor is highly desired.

• Proficiency developing metrics planning (good working knowledge of spreadsheets)

• Degree qualified preferred but not essential

• BS in Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain

• Skilled in the use of CRM.
