We are seeking a motivated and dynamic marketing and sales intern to join our film finance tech company. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing and sales strategies within the entertainment industry.
To all that don’t already know, Cinelaunch is a film finance platform that is revolutionizing the way producers package films. Streamlining the process from ideation to production, Cinelaunch has everything film investors & producers need in one place. We work with highly respected companies like Lionsgate, Gersh, Untitled, Universal, and Muse Productions. Including projects with stars like Al Pacino, Katie Holmes, Adam Driver, Penelope Cruz, and many more.
We are looking for a sales & marketing intern to help us grow. For those interested in learning about film finance and film packaging, we can offer you a wealth of industry knowledge. You will be part of Cinelaunch events, held at locations like Soho House, The Aster, and Nuehouse. Guest speakers have included industry legends Ken Kokin producer of The Usual Suspects and Chris & Roberta Hanley producers of American Psycho and Spring Breakers. You will also have the opportunity to attend other industry events as a Cinelaunch representative.
Your job will include managing Cinelaunch’s social media, conducting client outreach, and taking meetings to answer questions about our platform. The position is a commission-based role to start, with the possibility of moving to a full-time, salary position in the future.
Skills required:
- Knowledge of marketing and sales principles
- Knowledge of the film market
- Familiarity with social media platforms
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to conduct market research
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
