Job Description

  • Will partner with hiring managers to identify hiring needs, create job descriptions and postings to internal and external job boards
  • Will act as a liaison between hiring mangers and outside recruiting agencies
  • Responsible for coordinating interviews with qualified candidates and onboarding
  • Will attend job fairs and other community evens to help build the company’s brand

Key Requirements

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience
  • Organization skills
  • Open to learning HR functions
  • Bachelor of Science degree is highly preferred but will look at experience in lieu of degree
