Accounts Payable Specialist

My client, a fun and growing services organization, is adding an Accounts Payable Specialist to the team due to a promotion. Their current Accounts Payable Specialist took an offer to become a Junior Accountant.

This Role Offers:

Overview of the Accounts Payable Specialist Role:

  • Code, enter and file invoices until they are ready for processing
  • Obtain payment approval and signature from the Accounting Manager
  • Reconcile vendor and manufacturer statements
  • Reconciles and posts company fuel and credit cards
  • The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for cutting checks once per week

Preferred Qualifications of Accounts Payable Specialist:

  • At least one year of being in an Accounts Payable Specialist role, or similar position
  • Ability to work onsite in Springfield
  • Professional and positive attitude #CBJUN2024
