We are seeking a talented and skilled Brow Technician to join our salon team. As a Brow Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional brow services including waxing, clean ups, tinting, henna, and lamination. Your primary goal will be to enhance the natural beauty of our clients' eyebrows while ensuring they receive outstanding service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Brow Waxing and Clean Ups:

   • Perform precise and professional eyebrow waxing services to remove unwanted hair.
   • Conduct brow clean ups to maintain the shape and cleanliness of eyebrows.
   • Consult with clients to understand their preferences and desired outcomes.

2. Brow Tinting:

   • Expertly apply eyebrow tint to enhance and define the shape and color of eyebrows.
   • Provide recommendations to clients regarding suitable tint shades based on their complexion and preferences.
   • Ensure proper mixing and application techniques for consistent and long-lasting results.

3. Brow Henna:

   • Administer brow henna treatments to fill in sparse areas, add definition, and create a fuller appearance.
   • Customize henna blends to match clients' natural brow color and desired look.
   • Educate clients on post-treatment care to maximize the longevity of henna results.

4. Brow Lamination:

   • Perform brow lamination procedures to straighten and shape unruly eyebrows.
   • Assess clients' brow structure and recommend suitable lamination techniques to achieve desired results.
   • Apply lamination solutions accurately and safely, adhering to salon protocols and standards.

5. Client Consultation and Communication:

   • Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their brow preferences, concerns, and expectations.
   • Communicate effectively to ensure clients are informed about the procedures, potential outcomes, and aftercare instructions.
   • Address any questions or concerns raised by clients in a professional and courteous manner.

6. Sanitation and Hygiene:

   • Adhere to strict sanitation and hygiene standards to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
   • Sterilize tools and equipment after each use and ensure proper disposal of disposable items.
   • Follow salon protocols and guidelines for infection control and prevention.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Brow Technician or similar role, preferably in a salon or spa setting.
• Certification or training in brow waxing, tinting, henna, and lamination techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and precision in performing brow services.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
