Hale Transportation is continuing expanding our team at all three of our locations and is actively recruiting CDL Drivers with a Class B or higher license. Candidates must possess Passenger and Air Brakes Endorsements, with a preference for School Bus endorsement as well. We have locations in Oneonta, Clinton, and Watertown, NY. We offer flexible scheduling for both Full-Time and Part-Time positions, accommodating a broad range of availabilities. Our driver dispatch process is designed to work closely with you, ensuring a schedule that suits your preferences. With an average of over 550 dispatched trips per month, there is ample opportunity for work, covering various types of trips, from day excursions to major league sporting events, big city day trips, college sports events, overnights, week-long out-of-town trips, daytime shuttles, local weddings, and more. In addition to competitive pay starting at $23.00/hour (with an 11-hour minimum, including paid downtime), we offer bonus pay for traveling to larger cities and built-in tips included in the majority of trips. Benefits include 401(k), dental insurance, flexible scheduling, health insurance, paid time off, paid training, and a uniform allowance.
