We are currently working with a client in need of a Full Charge Bookkeeper to oversee the company's financial accounts and records with a focus on day-to day financial transactions. The ideal candidate should be proficient in using QuickBooks Desktop and Excel.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage & process accounts payable and receivables
- Posting debits and credits
- Recording financial activity
- Process payroll and file tax forms
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
- Maintain general ledger and balance accounts
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
-Gathering and preparing data and statements for other accounting professionals
-Assisting with outside accountants as needed
-Inventory and asset oversite
Skills Required:
- Proficiency with accounting software like QuickBooks Desktop
-Microsoft Excel
-Basic accounting knowledge
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
