What will you be doing?

As the Corporate Growth Project Manager, you will be instrumental in driving the success of our mergers and acquisitions, ensuring seamless integration and the achievement of strategic goals. Your role involves multitasking across various projects, providing expert advice, and leading initiatives to enhance our processes and outcomes. Responsibilities include:

  • Managing simultaneous integrations and business development projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.
  • Developing detailed project plans, outlining scope, goals, resources, and deliverables.
  • Creating customized integration programs to meet specific deal objectives.
  • Overseeing the achievement of strategic and financial goals for acquisitions and new developments.
  • Serving as a trusted business advisor, offering insights and best practice recommendations.
  • Leading process improvement initiatives to optimize integration and outcomes for new schools.
  • Proactively identifying and mitigating project risks, ensuring minimal impact on objectives.
  • Maintaining open and clear communication with all stakeholders, updating them on progress and any changes.
  • Ensuring all project deliverables meet high-quality standards and client expectations.
  • Monitoring project timelines, anticipating potential delays and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Maintaining comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, and reports.
  • Building and strengthening relationships with clients, exceeding their expectations and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Leading and inspiring project teams, promoting collaboration and a positive work culture.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing best practices to enhance project management efficiency.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
