We are conducting a search for an HVAC / MEP Service Technician with commercial and industrial experience for a client in the South West Florida area.

This is a great opportunity to join a growing and well-respected company

HVAC / MEP Service Technician Requirements:

  • 6+ years of building systems, HVAC, Boiler, Pumps and Plumbing trouble shooting, repair and maintenance experience
  • Experience with commercial and industrial projects
  • EPA certification required, first aid / CPR certification a plus
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Vocational or Associates degree in HVAC or Plumbing a plus
  • Able to travel throughout the local area
  • Excellent communications skills
