We are expanding our operations and looking for interested individuals to contact prospective clients to prequalify them for our services, set appointments, or transfer qualified prospects to our enrollment representatives.

The Sales Development Representative position is the first point of contact for customers who have contacted us and are looking for our assistance. The SDR will be responsible for qualifying potential customers and transferring qualified customers to our certified enrollment specialists.

PLEASE NOTE: This is an in-office position (not remote) that requires you to work in our West Palm Beach office.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle 150-200 calls per day (both inbound and outbound)
  • Read from script to properly engage and pre-qualify potential clients
  • Provide excellent customer service by maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional demeanor
  • Identify the customer's objectives and provide possible solutions

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Some call center/sales experience is preferred
  • Must have a positive, upbeat and professional attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bilingual a plus 
  • Proficiency with computer programs such as MS Office, Google and CRM
  • Be results-driven and goal-oriented
  • Must be punctual and reliable
