Job Title: Land Analyst 

Industry: Homebuilding 

Location: Boynton Beach, FL

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct financial assessments and aid in compiling and submitting Land Pro-formas
  • Facilitate the management of land development projects from acquisition to final assumption, fostering effective communication among all stakeholders
  • Manage project scheduling, budgeting, cash flows
  • Process vendor invoices
  • Secure development approvals through collaboration with multidisciplinary consultant teams and government entities
  • Assist Project Managers throughout the engineering process: approval process for civil, landscaping, and utility drawings

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business or real estate preferred
  • 2+ years in land analysis 
  • Willingness to travel to construction sites- valid driver's license required
