Position Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling all customer service tasks, scheduling appointments, following up with customers, and managing all customer interactions to ensure the highest level of satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for pest control services.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software (e.g., CRM systems).
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
